Kylie is a clinical psychologist who has worked in both the public and private sectors for the past decade. She completed her Masters of Psychology (Clinical) at RMIT University.
She works primarily with adults and specialises in the provision of psychological services for: Anxiety Disorders and Phobias, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Personality Disorders, Health Related Problems, Disease and Pain Management, Relaxation, Stress Management, Sleeping Difficulties, Self Harm, Suicidality, Anger Management, Assertiveness Training, Behavioural Difficulties, Body Image, Grief/Loss, Life Coaching, Adjustment, Self Esteem / Development, Relationship Issues, and Impulsive Behaviours.
She has also worked in the Dialectal Behaviour Therapy Program at The Melbourne Clinic in Richmond for the past 8 years and was previously the Coordinator of the program for two years.
In her work with clients she takes a holistic, collaborative, and person-centred approach. She uses evidence-based therapies such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
