Kylie is a clinical psychologist who has worked in both the public and private sectors for the past 20 years. She completed her Masters of Psychology (Clinical) at RMIT University.

She works primarily with adults and specialises in the provision of psychological services for: Anxiety Disorders and Phobias, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Health Related Problems, Disease and Pain Management, Acute PTSD, Relaxation, Stress Management, Sleeping Difficulties, Assertiveness Training, Body Image, Grief/Loss, Life Coaching, Adjustment, Self Esteem / Development, and Relationship Issues.

She also worked in the Dialectal Behaviour Therapy Program at The Melbourne Clinic in Richmond for 8 years and was Coordinator of the program for two years.

In her work with clients, she takes a holistic, collaborative, and person-centred approach. She uses evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Kylie is dedicated to providing the most up-to-date, evidence based and professional service possible and as such engages in regular supervision and professional development.
